What is the first step to becoming a singer?

ok so I’ve been in the same situation before I knew that wasnt really what I wanted anymore. It doesnt matter where you live, just hope you have connections. (even that you dont need to have to be honest) well first of all you have to try to write your own songs. also, attend singing classes, you may be good, but there’s always room for improvement. You dont want to go out there in to the music business until you’re sure you’re capable of doing it WELL. dont rush into anything, because its not going to work. Take all the time you need. You’re young, just work on singing and writing. Ofc this is your decision, but I wouldnt do this until you’re out of high school at least. You want to finish your education. Who knows, if you release an album or soemthing, you might become famous and stop school completely. That wouldnt be a good idea. Anyway ou might be thinking im some old person telling you to stay in school, but im 15 and im just advising you. I hope you make it, I really do.
