Why does he make me feel like a beast instead of a beauty?

I have been seeing this guy on and off for two years now and he never seems happ with me. When Shakira came on the scence it was “ babe dye your hair blonde look at Shakira! Oh babe look at that booty you need to eat more” With J Lo it’s oh babe look at that tan you can do that she looks so good oh did you see her sweatsuit so tight oh you need that look. Babe your too skinny you need to eat more. Look at Janet’s abs you can do that your so close. You need to ride your bike more cycle girls have the nicest legs. Some people see it as a suggestion but not me. He really makes me feels so ugly. Like I am not good enough for him and I am not at all attractive. He grabbed my hip the other morning and said “Ew nasty .. like grabbing a handle .. your too skinny” then he rolled over. I am 6 even 145 I have had a baby ( not with him )and he really makes me feel so ugly. He tells me I should model because I got what it takes but then turns around and says things like I am too skinny and that sort of thing. I feel like I am on an emotional roller coaster with him.I ask myself why I stay with him and I know it is because I am codependant and that of course when a guy meets me at first he will be nice to me but once we get together he won’t be and why leave The guy I am with and go out find someone to tell me all this great crap to get my hopes up so he can slam me to the ground too?
