That depends on the rules envolved. If you’re talking about simply trading blows, until one person drops… Superman wins easily.

If you mean actual hand-to-hand combat, Batman wins, because he actually KNOWS how to fight, he doesn’t rely on brute strength.

If you’re talking about the ‘stupid comedic’ version of a slap fight (where the two participants frantically slap at the other person’s hands, while emitting a high pitched girly-squeal), the Superman wins again, both of Batman’s hands would be broken 0.5 seconds in, and Batman’s eardrums would be ruptured from Superman’s supersonic girly-squeal of lawful righteousness.
