Bad temper

I have a really bad temper like one small thing goes wrong and I get sooo mad does anyone know how I can calm myself down except for taking deep breaths and counting that just makes me even angrier

Get a let out…sport or a punching bag…or go running.

Find something to take your anger out on… ((I used to have the same problem))

But then I got into rugby… so I kinda let it build up all day, then when practise comes BAM… haha

&& if I can’t do that I go for a run, just push your self soo much that theres no energy left in you to be mad at anything or anyone haha

I have the same exact problem. I try to count backwards from 20 but it just pisses me off more when the problem isnt fixed by that time, lol :P

I dont know, just sometimes you just have to hold back, even though it can be verryyy hard.

I would seriously recomend that You Both masterbait at least 2 times a day. That can help relieve stress and put a smile back on your face.

Now you need to learn to better govern these feelings. You cant right now. But that can be fixed. Try dropping the anger Cold Turkey. Disconnect yourself completely.

when you get angry try laughing instantly, Hard and loud. you have allot of Passion that is Good. It is just a little misguided. Get your laugh going. Its your best bet.
