How can I get my legs smaller?

My legs are huge. I can never wear short skirts anymore cause they look terrible. How do I make them smaller? I do exercise, but it doesn’t work. Help!

First of all, general rule is if you tend to be a larger set person you wear black it is a slimming colour.

I know this sounds crazy to you but try wearing nylons (nude colour) to match your skin tone this will take away any marks , vericose veins etc you wear your shorts over the nylons (make sure no runs) and wear your socks over and runners. Your legs will look smoother and wear of course black shorts possibly shorts not too short…….. this will definately be somewhat of an improvement…..

As far as tanning use self tanner lotions on your legs is they are white .

Next leg exercises,,,,,ride a bike good for your legs….and walk alot……….

~running (at leasts 30 min a day or 15 if you wish) ~biking (at leasts 20 min but I suggest an hr lol) ~yoga and pilates help ~butt exersices would help the back part of your legs ~ try dieting

I have giant legs too and I hate it. if you try all these excersies, your legs will become skinnier but it takes time. yeah I hate that. but start as soon as possible and do as much of this as you can. bye! and hope this helps:]

I have a machine called the leg magic, I would reccomend that to get your legs smaller,it works on your own resistance,there is a dvd 13 mins long and it is a good effective workout,hope that helps joanne,manchester.

you cant really make your legs smaller and small legs are horrible! tall are beautifull! im only 4,11 and wish i was at least 5,2!

biking,running walking is a bad way to make your lags smaller, trust me. I did those things already but it only maka my legs smaller
