A couple of years ago I used to get acne on my chest and I had to get special cream from my doctor because the acne was under the skin so nothing store bought would have done anything. Maybe this is something you should consider.
Clinique anti-blemish spray. You can get it from any major boots store in the uk. Works wonders and its not too expensive.. About £15 - £25 a bottle :)
I had it really bad too actuallly. and I went to the dermetolgist and they have me acutally medicine and differin worked miricles for me
You’ll need to go to a dermatologist and get them to prescribe a cream or an anti biotic to you…that is provided it is acne and not keratosis pilaris.
