Best time to have a baby would be when you’re mature and financially stable in my books :D. Although nothing is a certainty, generally speaking; a girl will be most fertile from 7 - 10 days after the start of her period. That’s what my sources suggest anyway :P.

before because thats when your ovulating and when those eggs arent fertilized thats when you get your period
