How do I avoid falling back into old habits?

I have been pretty great for the last year living with my older sister, but now I’m back in with my parents and a lot of old feelings are coming up and I feel myself being drawn back into my old ways. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well, they say, (not sure who “they” are) but anyway, most habits take 30 days to re-train your mind to do someting else instead of the habit you want to break. ( the brain will take the easiest path because it’s used to it ) It takes courage, faith, and determination, but you CAN do it, and once you do, what a feeling of freedom!!!!!! I was a 31 year cigarrette smoker, (very addictave) and haven’t smoked now in over 3 years. I love it that I’m finally free from that poison. My advice is hang in there and just do it.
