The height of an individual is based largely on their genetics. To estimate your adult height take:
Height of Mom + Height of Dad = Total + 5" if you're a boy/-5" if you're a girl = Total /2 = Adult Height Estimate
Example: Mom is 5'0" + Dad is 5'7" = 10'7" +5" because I'm a boy = 11'2" /2 = ~5'6" as an adult.
Of course, as I said, this is an estimate because I'm 5'3" and already a young adult who hasn't had a growth spurt since he was 12.
Things like damaging of growth plates can also stunt growth.
depends on your parents, if you participated in any sports that would comprimise your growth when u were still growing ect. :)
