Autistic sister

My 7 year old sister is autistic and at times she would talk to herself in a loud voice and even hum as well,how can I get her to stop and ignore it?

I agree with jmz10. That’s a great idea. Your sister can’t help it. Autism is a terrible illness. Ignoring it will not make it go away. If you have a chance, look it up on wikipedia and learn more about it.
