Attic Bedroom Privacy

My dad and I are finishing an attic which will be my bedroom. Does anyone have any good privacy ideas beyond the ordinary to keep my unusually snoopy parents from “spying” on me so to speak? Please don’t give me any dumb answers.

then, put one of those latch locks on the door to the attic so no one can get in?

tell “anyone” not to. Why would they want to invade your privacy like that anyway? Don’t they trust you?

what exactly do you want to stop them from doing? like with your door? so they cant get in or other things?

I think by you going out of your way to keep them out, it’s going to make them curious about whats going on inside.

would be like, “whats he hiding”

you know, you only ever want to hide something if you think you shouldn’t be doing it! and hows your mum going to get the washing off your floor f she can’t get in!! and don’t forget, it’s their house- if they DON’T want you to have a lock on your door, you have no right to…

regardless, your parents should respect your privacy, you should trust them to do that, unless of course you’re doing something to be suspcious of??
