Causualy walk up to them, flirt a little and if she seems to be midly interested ask her for her number or if she wants to join you(with watever the hell your doing). it might be nerve racking but you just have to take a deep breathe and jump off that diving board. good luck, hope this helped.

if I were you I’de be close friends with her.and then flirt with her and see if shes comfortable but if shes not that means she has no interested in you but if she is give her your cellphone#and tellher to go out with you once in a while
