Are you supposed to sweat and feel nasty when your tanning in the sun?

both tanning beds and the sun directly cause skin cancer and prematurely age your skin and face, just like sun exposure does as well as numerous other things the only safe tan is a FAKE tan one form a bottle, spay on, wipe, cream or can be smart and get a fake tan

yes and its so anoying when the sunscreen goes in your eyes. I always feel dizzy and like tired after. but yea exactly wahts above me is rightt. keep a drink of cooold water by you at all times, and also a hat [said above too]

yes, the sun causes you to perspire and if you have a light skin and are not wearing sunblock you’ll probably end up feeling dizzy and maybe nauseous.(because you are getting dehydrated - also I advise you to wear a hat to protect your scalp).
