Are my mom and I too close

Me and her fight like 1000 times a day every day over nothing that I get so mad like I punch 3 holes into my wall like every time we hate eachother like shes really annoying

maybe consouling??would help thats how me and my dad used to be because we both have a bad temper and talking always would turn into screaming =/ goodluck =/

its important to remember that we cannot change other people… but we can bring them to the attention that something is wrong and needs to change, only the individual can change themself and not the other… if she says or does something that annoys you, keep in mind that you cannot make her change. Because you can only change yourself, respond kindly and she might get the messege that you are ready for a good change in both yourself and in your relationship with her.
