Anyone have any advice on how to curb your appetite. I seem hungry all the time and I’m really trying to lose weight.

You can eat as much as you want. But if you eat, eat a better variety like fruits. your favorite fruit can help. Maybe kool-aid singles. And keep a schedule on walking. If you want to lose weight walk 2/3 times a day. And keep check of what you eat, and what you did to lose what you ate.-alesha08.

Allot of the time your actually thirsty, water realy helps. Sometimes its easier to get food but you most proberly crave water

you arent getting enough of what you need then… theres a reason you are hungry dont eat 3 times a day, eat 6 SMALL meals. this way you’re getting a healthy amount, but more frequently, so your less likely to snack and to be hungry :)
