You can’t…… telling someone off isn’t gonna be a bright and cheerful topic. The only thing you can do is control the length of the conversation by keeping it short. Then leaving them alone

You can try to be a civil as possible, but in the end its not going to be a pleasant conversation. Keep it short, simple, and to the point. Try to do it any a way you are not stuck in a long conversation with them.

Is this someone you see everyday? It’s gonna suck no mater how you tell this person, but just being honest and putting it as nice as possible may solve this. If this was a friend this person will have hurt feelings no matter what you say.

you just dont pick up there calls.. ignore them. ive had it done to me its awful. maybe just tell them to their face so they get the idea
