I like to use “ Mary Kay “ products. if you have oily skin and you should try the velocity cleanser and moisurizer. also the micro derm abrasion set is amayzing. I can’t live without it. if your acne is super bad though you don’t want to use anytype of scrub. that will only inflame the blemishes and spread the infection. especially any of the walmart drug store ones that say like apricot scrub because that is damaging your skin more than correcting it. if you take those little particals of scrub and look at them under a micro scope, they look like jagged pieces of glass… I woul’dn’t want to rub that on my poor little wounds on my face:) I would go to a dermatologist and get a antibiotic to clear it up or I am on ortho tri cycline…that is a oral contraceptive with medication in it to help with acne. so that may not be the right thing for you if you are young. see your doc…they will help.

Different ones work for different people. I personally use some Clean & Clear, and some Biore stuff. I just pick the product I need, then the best brand of that product.

Answer #3

I think you should use the 3 step acne solutions system by Clnique. The products contain benzoyl peroxide which I find to be MUCH more effective than Salicyclic acid that clean and clear uses. However, try it if you are looking for something cheaper…Clinique is more expensive

Yeah clean and clear works pretty good…I’ve heard that neutrogena is also good..just try different ones untill you find the one that works for you and then just keep using it if you stop your acne will just come back.

Answer #5

Err it worked okay for me for awhile but near the end of the bottle it stoped working completely. I have quite a strict routine in which I use “aqueous cream” (you can get it from most pharamacists or super-markets I think), then neutrogena visibly clearer 2 in 1 and then a gel spot treatment and I am almost clear. But I think the neutrogena is drying out my skin =[. But yeah I recently found this make-up review website that reviews pretty much every beauty product including cleansers etc. Try it - www.makeupalley.com. You can sort the reviews so you only read the ones done by people with acne-prone skin or dry skin or normal or combo etc. I love it! Obiviously different things work for different people so that’s why I feel it is important to get different peoples views on them. Hope this helped x

also the main thing is don’t forget that most of skin issues comes from within. drink tons of water and a poor diet and lack of water is going to show through in your skin. when you sweat, all of those toxins and grease from your fatty foods come out through your pores. eat fresh veggies and fruits. stay away from fast food and too much dairy. have balnaced meals but everything in moderation. your diet is more important than your facial cleansing technique.. although keeping you face and skin clean is important too. you can also overdo it. see a dermatologist if you are this concerned. they will help tons. my doctor always told me my diet had nothing to do with it but that is pure rubbish. I know that 100%. trust me.. I have investigated this to the ends of the earth

Answer #7

I use clean and clear it works pretty good. You notice that your pimples will start go away the first time you used it. And if you stop using it, it still works! I stop using it for months and I noticed that I did not get a lot of breakouts like I used to.

Answer #8

I used clean and clear and it worked great for me!!! My bumps on my face went away. All the bumps on my face are completly gone. The red and pink color on my face is still healing but eventually it will go away. I tried Proactiv and it was ok but it worked to slow and it was not that good! As Clean & clear does.

Answer #9

I have been using the clean and clear system now for about 2 weeks. I have noticed a small difference in my skin. It has cleared up some of the older blemished but I am still having new ones come in! Needless to say I am pretty frustrated! I’ve used Proactiv in the past and have gotten better results with that. I just ordered the Zeno Zit Zapper and will give that a shot. Wish me luck. The battle over acne never ends!
