How do I make some VERY annoying college kids be quiet?

Either move to another apartment or come to them and tell them that you need some peacefulness in order to be able to rest. If they do not pay attention, you can call the apartment owner or simple the police.

Call the police i did it once my neighbor was noisy for too long and i was too damn tired and couldn’t sleep so i called the cops. i suggest u to not go tell em to stop during the party because drunk people don’t think rationally and somebody might get hurt.

Go yell at them to stop, and if they don’t shut up then call the police. Problem solved :D

Go to your landlord. Tell him that you don’t think living in an apartment as noisy as yours is worth the rent you pay. And ask him whether you could re-negotiate the rent. Tell him you at least will have to subtract the prize of earplugs for 20 nights a month from your rent if this goes on. Threaten to go looking for another apartment.

Then wait what happens.

Either that or take revenge. Speak to all your other neighbors, wait till they have a terrible hangover… or until they need to study for their exams. And then invite a brass band…. or start using vacuum cleaners, drill machines, hammers and grinding machines at 6 AM. Renovate your old furniture on the balcony and play loud music (you need to hear your music over the noisy machines). Then tell them that “working in the morning is relaxing and that everyone is going to do that every morning now, until they stop making noise at night.

BEAT THEM UP!!! no just playing. i agree with her. or you can knock on their door and tell em. if that does’nt work, tell the person who you pay rent to.

I had the same problem when I lived in the barracks. most of the time if you go over there and ask nicely to keep it down they will apoligize and turn down the music i.e. Hey I live in the appartment below you and I know you guys are having fun but would appreciate it if you guys could turn it down so I can get some sleep before work tomorrow. If your polite then you have a larger chance of sucess because getting mad will just escalate the situation. If it continues then you asked politely and they pretty much said F you so call the cops.

i would call the cops on them if they are party on a week night.. there has to be some rules against late night party!? :)
