Ankle ache
My ankles have been hurting me really bad for about a week now. It’s difficult for me to walk down the stairs . How can I get rid of the pain ???
I have an ankle ache too, but fortunately I know what the problem is…if it: sticks out and is red-then it could be an accessory bone(a small extra bone that causes soreness) or… redand swollen-twisted
for a twisted ankle, I advise resting it
for a accessory bone, I had an MRI for it and might have an operation on it soon…:S hope this helps
