Am I too young to get a belly button peircing?

heyyohhh. I was wondering how old you have to be to get a obdy peircing in RI, and can a minor get one if you have a parent with you? im going to be fifteen on friday and I convinced my mom to take me to get a belly peircing, but I don’t know if I can or not. please answerr =]

well I live in england and I had my bellybutton pierced when I was 10 and all I needed was my parent

yea you can cause im 13 and I have mine done all you need is a parent with you and your good haha

in most places, yes but it really depends on your country/states law and you must bring a parent with you who has I.d so they can consent (sign a form saying they agree to it and show there I.d) if you dont bring a parent, they wont do it
