Am I too skinny? Im 13 and I weigh 102 pounds My height is 5’1 I look to skinny though. And then I beat myself up about it. Grr help me!

who thought “amblessed” and my answers weren’t helpful? she asked if she was too thin for her height, and “amblessed” and I told her she wasn’t…because she isn’t. then I took it a step further, and told her how to gain weight if she was still concerned. both answers seemed legitimate to me…
it’s on the light side, but you’re still within the realm of “healthy weight for your height.” if you look too skinny, fatten up a bit. getting fatter is EASY. just eat a snack right before you go to bed. the more carbohydrate-loaded or sugary, the better. your body will store the bulk of it as fat. it’s a good way to be. live the dream.
Don’t mess with your weight until your growth has slowed down around the age of 18. Just try and eat healthily and exercise.
