Am I still growing taller?

I am still 13, am I growing taller? I want to be taller, AT LEAST 6’ before I am done growing completely. Am I probably done growing, or am I likely to grow a few inches?

dude you’ll grow loads more, don’t worry :) you’ll start a monster growth spurt about 16, 3 or 4 inches I according to my physiotherapist… I was 5’4’’ at your age, now I’m 5’10’’ at 15, and hopefully still growing :)

You don’t say how tall you are now. In all probability you may grow another couple inches but not likely to 6 feet unless you’re within a couple inches of that already.

Exercises

The growth hormone release by the pituitary gland reaches its peak one hour after you sleep at night. Sound sleep for 8-9 hours a day is hence vital for augmenting height. A comfortable mattress and a dark warm room help to induce deep sleep.
