the reason it burned and hurt is becos you were no where near turned on enough so you werent wet which is wat caused it to hurt. Next time, make sure you have some lube and get him to rub some on you and his penis so his penis slides right in so it doesnt hurt! thats all that needs to be done to fix this.
If it was hurting and burning, his penis went in far enough. You are NO longer a virgin!!! You dont necesssarily have to have any pain after.
