Am I starting my periods

ok sooo im 13 but im really small my boobs are like tiny and im not at all matured in my body but today I had weird cramps and it only helped when I used a hot water bottle it was like so bad the pain was unbearable it still is but I dont know what it is im kinda scared but I need to know the pain was cramp-ish and like someone was punching me am I starting my periods???

You could be starting your period. I know its scary and, I’m sure its your first time. If it isn’t, tell your mother to make you an appointment for the Gynecologist. But, I’m sure your starting. If that’s the case, be sure to tell your mother about it so she’s prepared.

Your body is still adjusting to puberty, and you may be getting your period, and/or your body is preparing for it’s arrival. Females get their periods at all ages, and you should know that small breasts (mine are A cups/29) are just as beautiful as large breasts. Love your body, and be proud of what God intended you to have. You can also blame genetics, but just believe your beautiful. Don’t let Hollywood make you think all men crave big breasts.
