Am I pregnant? strange period

My period started half way through the night and I woke up and was on the toilet in pain for 2hrs. Yet today I’ve had pains all day but hardly any blood and all last week I had loads od discharge and I’ve gained weight on my tummy. Am I pregnant? or is it just an irregular period?

if your preg. then you wouldnt have had a period at all, or you would have had a very light one. also you wouldnt be gaining weight unless you are already 2-4 months. though it is possible that you did have your period and are still preg. my mother- in -law had her period the first month she was preg so I dont know what to tell you.

Hi, it could be pregnancy some woman still get a period when they get pregnant. You better get tested

Also if you aren’t pregnant,sounds like the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (spastic colon) to me:

-bloated stomach -pain on your stomach - usually to the right side (feels like period pain)

  • either diarrhea or constipation (usually chronic, but some people do get it occasional)
  • sometimes accompanied by spotting (little drops of blood)

best would be to go to your doctor and get a pregnancy test and/or a diagnoses.
