am I over weight?

I NEED to loose weight. well I dont need to but I want to. but when ever I tell my self that I am going on a diet it never works b.c ill just forget about it and just eat a bunch of fatty foods….I weigh 149 and im only 14. is that even a right weight for my age?

If you are serious about loosing weight, or getting in shape try to ask your mom to buy more nutrional and low fat snacks for you. If you are surrounded by vegetables and fruit you’ll be able to snack on healthy foods rather than your typical chips and cookies.

At your age it’s relatively easy to lose “baby” fat and unwanted weight by cardio workouts such as aerobics, bicycling, running, rollerblading, etc. Try bringing a friend or two with you who will join you on the track or any other place. When you have a working out buddy you’re more likely to keep to your schedule.

It all deoends on how tall you are. I’m going to be honest and say that if you don’t work out and are eating a lot of fatty foods, then your natural weight is probably a little smaller than what you are now. Your not fat though, so don’t take it too seriously. Dieting when your young isn’t good, so just cut out the fatty food and eat fruits and all that healthy shit, and if your supposed to be smaller, you’ll loose weight. However, if you still don’t loose weight, that means your at your healthy weight.

don’t worry too much about weight until you are an adult, this is because you are still growing. besides 149 isn’t that big
