If you’re 3 weeks past the date of conception, that makes you 5 weeks pregnant (it goes back 2 weeks). You COULD look for symptoms, but it may be too early for your body. I began having morning sickness at 4.5 weeks and breast tenderness shortly after. I also had some incredibly minor implantation spotting at one week after my son was conceived. At this point in the game you’ll likely feel like you’re about to start, go to check, nothings there, and repeat… :) It’s possible to test positive on a pregnancy test right now, but I’d wait one or two more weeks. If you are trying to get pregnant, you need to be on prenatal vitamins already. It’s just so much better for the baby. Go to your gynecologist and have a prenancy test. Or take an at home one.

Wait two more weeks and take a test. You’ll probably start your period by then, but if you haven’t, go buy a test. If you’re not trying to get pregnant, then be smart about it. Get on birth control and use condoms if you’re not already.
