Am I going insane?

Wow and I thought I was the only one with that problem every time I see a train I get a image in my head of puttin hands under it or what if I got pushed crazy but yea I have ocd

you are fine. my mom is a neurologist and she says that that is a common form of ocd. if the thoughts are bothering you, cnsult a neuroligist who can perscribe some medicine for ure intursive thoughts.

YES IT WOULD MATTER! and I think that you just need to think of how everything could end out great! just keep telling your self, that’ll never happen…

I used to be like that, it lasted me a whole year but it eventually stopped. You aren’t insane but you’re just … damn I can’t remember the word. No it’s normal for some people, unless it lasts for a really long time.

I have felt like that and still do. I have felt that way for a long time so I would like to know how to make the thoughts stop. It really scares me. Sometimes I look at somethin g like my hair straightener and then I imagine my house catching on fire because of me and then my family loosing everything. I have never said anything to anyone except for now. I hope there are some good explinations.

And I have tried to tell my self it wont happen but I cant stop the thoughts

Is 4 years a long time for that?
