Am I a healthy weight for a 13 5'2 girl?

I am 13 years old 5’2 and weigh about 113.5 pounds. Is this a good weight or should I diet. I am also an athlete so is it okay since muscle weighs more than fat?

As to your girlish figure (your other question), don’t worry about it. It will happen when it happens.

There is no Avrage Weight for any age. Everyone’s body is diffrent and your weight has to do with alot of things with your body , esp for a girl, for example :

  1. Bone size and densety
  2. What you eat
  3. Your period And many others . The best thing you can do is go have a chat with your docter. They will be able to tell you if everything is working good and your healthy.
