my suggestion.. if you want the girl, and she’s single, try to learn as much about her likes and dislikes as possible.. then you can see if you truly do mix well..then when you get to know her, ask her out.. or ask her out first, then if all goes well, contrats!.. if she’s a friend.. try letting her know that you have feelings for her and see where it goes.. however, if she’s dating this other guy that she likes.. I’d play the waiting game.. because in all honesty.. if she’d dump him for you, theres always the chance that she’d dump you for some other guy.
