All men company job from Hell!

I was employed for over 1 year…fired…without warning! Extremely pissed. I was the Supervior for this man ran company, a maintenance company. There reasoning, I was jepordizing there contract…BS. Also know that they are woman haters, I was a single mom, doing everything alone…from the beginning. Even if my son was sick, and I had doctors notes was suposed to be legite, but to them not good enough. A family reason for anything is bogus, even as the supervior I had the job completely controlled even off the clock.

Now my future fiance is working for them, he started when I was the supervisor. Everything was fine then, we werent together officially and no one knew about us, no one. It was a small company, and I only controlled 7 of there employees in 2 locations. within the month of me being fired, I became pregnant. Now due time is less than 2 months away. My fiance has been sick with pneumonia, and threw his back out coughing and pucking…All covered by doctors notes. He came back to work with restrictions…which the company is not allowing him to follow..causing more back pain…he hasnt complained however, and continues to work the job. His restrictions are off next week…But now the company came to the crew and told them on Monday they will know who is getting fired!!! Someone is being let go.

Can they legally let someone go, while they are on restrictions that just came about? With my case to even recieve unemploymend was unsuccesful. The judge said he called and really never did, I appealed, and yet no call again.. And that was that I was told. I dont get it at all. But this company knows we each already have a child, and a 3rd on the way. I am on bed rest, and he was the one working…if he looses his job we are screwed, this company will not allow unemployment to no one. They are men jackasses. Any thoughts or suggestions?
