After P.E.

After gym I always feel like im completely washed up with just deodarant. How can I smell good and freshen up better quickly and stuff? shud I buy a good smelling lotion? good perfume? I just want 2 feel clean afterwards 2

I had it last year, second period. it was horrible.

I took baby wipes and wiped off, and put on deoderant. I also took some spray. still felt gross though.. but I normally did the least amount of activity as I could, so I didnt sweat or anything lol

you can always shower, instead of using massive amounts of cover up… thats what I do, I go to the gym every day drive home and shower but I dont use shampoo everytime because thats unhealthy for your hair as it makes it dry and brittle. unless you buy some expensive stuff.

When I had P.E I would bring a washrag wet it with warm water and soap and wash-up with it. It made me feel more clean; like I got all the dirt off. Then I put on some good smelling lotion and went about my day. LOL!

take a shower. or just use a face cloth and damp it and wipe your body down after your done and take a good spray with you
