Advice to cope...

I was with my ex-boyfriend for a while (two years) and then he broke my heart last week. Now he’s got another girlfriend and I don’t know what to do!!! He said he loved me, but can you get over it that quickly when you love somebody? And what are some ways I can deal with all this sadness?

I don’t even know…I feel so crappy, is there something wrong with me that he got over me so quickly? Last summer we were inseparable, and when we weren’t together we were always talking on the internet or phone…we went to different colleges so I think that might have had something to do with it, but if he really loved me, wouldn’t he have tried to make it work? I feel so lost and hurt…

Go out with your real friends! That usually works :) Dunno your age but I know this song helped one of my best friends: milk inc - I dont care. Hope it helps
