Advice on weight issues!!

I am 17 5ft 7 and weigh 11 stone I am a huge pig and have been purging for the past 3 year on and off… im trying to fast but finding it difficult when im with friends who eat evry 5 mins what shall I do??

Don’t do that, when you fast you over eat later and its harder to keep to (when you know you can’t have something, you want it all that much more). So, instead try the everything in moderation thing. Instead of eating like a pig, just try to eat what would be appropriate, and cut yourself off there. Also, drink water!!! Half the time when your hungry, your really thirsty (true story) Drink water before you eat (takes up room :p, or sub this for juice, you’ll still take in less crabs) and in general, your’ll eat significantly less. And eventually, through eating less in a healthy way, your stomach will actually shrink and you wont be hungry anymore (as quickly) and it will be much easier.
