I think it’s possible. I know I have gotten that way before. I think it really has to do when we are in a certain mood or feel a ceetain way and songs can bring back emotions or memories that we might not want to let go so we become attached to the song.

yes you can. music is very addictive, almost like a drug. you can listen to a song one time and be stuck on it. its happened to me several times. the best way to stop this from happening (if you want to) is to find another song that fits your interests. if you do then you might get hooked on it instead of the song your stuck on right now. but it is possible to be stuck one one or more songs at a time to. but yes it is possible since music is loved all over the world and with all the different types in this world its very easy to get addicted to a song
