If you don’t mind bein on bebo all the time, and you enjoy it, and you ain’t got anything else to do then its a good thing because it gives you pshchological relief which gets arid of stress.

If you are really addicted, and there’s no way you can stop, then you gotta make yourself think that it isn’t all bad - it keeps you in contact with friends etc…

If you don’t wanna be addicted, then take it veerryyy slowly. It can take a month to stop pshycological addictions, such as listening to very loud music, eating cakes etc…

An extremely useful thing to do when trying to stop is finding something else you enjoy. For me this is playing guitar and piano - but it could be anything. If you enjoy reading this is also great.

Start by trying to work out how much time you actually spend on bebo. Lets say, for the sake of argument, 5 hours a day.

Set yourself a target of 5 or 10 minutes less a day for a week.

You should come out at about 4 to 4 and a half hours a day.

Stay on this for a couple of days. This is also where your other hobby comes in.

The next day try taking off another 10 minutes. Make sure you don’t get into the ‘just another minute’ phase - this is a killer.

Carry on gradually reducing until you’re at about 2.5 to 3 hours - at this point you should be able to live without it.
