Acne troubles

Ok so I have pritty bad acne and I went to the doctor for it and they gave me some pills because nothing else works I have tried proactive and all the other products like it I have tried it all and it still wont go away and if I pick them it leaves scars and stuff so what should I do??

Try changing your diet. Dairy products are a main contributor. Try drinking soy milk (you’ll get used to the taste) and avoiding oily take-away foods. Don’t get me wrong, junk food like chocolate is fine, just not the greasy chips, mcdonalds, doughnuts, you get the drift…

im not being big headed but I have perfect skin and this is why:

*I eat a probiotic soya yogurt everyday

*use three facial products in this order:facial wash,facial scrub,moisturise.I use clean and clear foam wash,swiss remedies apricot scrub,and I moisturise with a asda own brand spot eliminating moisturiser.

*water drink lots and lots of water this will flush out toxins in your body I promise!!!
