proactive is awesome if your skin can handle it. sometimes it too strong. Cetephil works great for me!! I have uber sensitve skin. Wash your face everynite and every morning. Bare Minerals make up really help clear mine up too. If you can afford the $30 for a tub of foundation the true Minerals at CVS is great too. I’ve had to use that a few times. No matter how bad you want to do not pop, poke, mush, squeeze or rub the zit! your dirty hands will make it worse. same goes for touching your face. HANDS OFF! if you have bangs grow them out. the oil in your hair can make your forehead break out. Easy on the hair products around the face. try not to sleep on the side of your face. Wash your sheets at least once a week. use a Free and Clear laundry detergent. Exfoliat once a week. Use on the spot acne gels. they’re wonderful. do not use hydrogen peroxide or alcohol on a zit. its to strong and will irritate it. cut back on soft drinks. replace them with lots-o-water. the food rumors are soo not true. but the soft drinks one are. Facials are good too. they get the blood flowing. dont scrub your face when washing it. use circular motions with a little pressure but dont scrub. and don’t use a wash rag, they are too rough. I’ve heard the face wash pads work really well too. never tried them myself. and Remember, when aunt flo is in town you will break out so dont get bummed. p.s. I went to beauty school to be an esthetician. I studied skin for 6 months.

You can go to the store and buy acne removal products at the store, I have acne myself and I recently bought a Neutrogena rapid clear 2-in-1 fight and fade gel. It works really well, I’ve used it for a couple of days and it’s already starting to get of my acne.
