About work

I work in restaurant as watress and behind the bar. I never worked before and I have three months I am working there. I work 16 hours. I think they are unfair sharing tips with me. I would like to know how much tips I get from £160? Because they gave me only £10 and we are only three people who shares tips. This is the amount of £160 which I know because I counted, also before always they were giving me £15, never more or less. I complaint last night and the guy who is in charge said that is my share and I dont have right to count money. I never did before I just wanted to have proof and I could confront them. Can you tell me which is right and which is wrong? Thank you
