Why did he act like this at the movies?

well…that guy I posted about a while back, I was invited to the movies yeaterday with my friends ryan and his g/f julie, and ryan told me to bring a guy, so I asked alex, and if my mom found out he went I would get in trouble..but like..when I met him at the mall, he was like oh yeh, by the way, my friend nate is coming and we are seeing a different movie. so like he didnt spend any time with me.. and I was really upset but afterwards he said that he never gets to see nate and he is like his brother and he lives like 30 minutes away. but I don’t know..the thing is..I can never see alex because my mom hates him.. I am going to be heartbroken because I really love him.. he is the only one for me..

please help me.

ok I understand he wanted to be with his brother but 1, it was kinda rude to invite sum1 else, if that was the only time he could his bro he could have resceduled with you 2, he didn’t have to see a different movie and even if he did he should have invited you! o and 30 min isn’t that far away
