ABDC illusions?

ok so on the latest episode of Americas Best Dance Crew they had each crew perform an illusion and I was amazed by what they could do. And I watched each illusion over 5 times and I could still not figure out how each crew did it. Can someone please explain to me each illusion or even just one. thank you (:
