Girls: What qualities do you look for in a boyfriend?

I need help on my paper about what qualities you look for in a boyfriend and why.

Of course every woman is looking for different qualities because we are all different. Some like to be taken care of while others like to be the caretaker.

Personally (I’m married but I will tell you what I “looked for) I look for a man who will be a good provider for the future. (able to have a nice career and keep it) To support a family. Is he good with children? (i watch my husband with his little nieces and nephews and I can’t help but smile when he plays around with them.) He has to be romantic and intimate - face it I don’t want a man that’s a brick wall. Common interests, but not everything the same. He has to do his thing and i have to do mine… or we’d drive each other nuts.

And it may sound old fashioned and silly but it means a lot to me to have a man who can protect me. That would be my main quality I look for, because of my experiences in life I guess.

I’d have to be attracted to the person, and by that I don’t mean just looks wise, but in all aspects, his personality, interests etc. Intamicy is also a key factor and a guy who is caring and will protect me.

Everyone looks for different qualities, but I think you’ll find that for most women trust is one of the most important things in a relationship.

Women look for companions that they can trust and love. Each girl is different. I think you should ask girls one on one.

Everyone has different taste. However for me, I want a guy that can surprise me in little ways, just by remembering things that even i dont remember. I like opinionated guys that arent afraid to argue back as long as they actually are knowledgeable about the subject. Mostly, i like men that you feel completely comfortable with and can make you laugh. If you trust the other person and can be completely honest with them, i think there isnt much more you need to look for.
