A Note? (not long btw)

So this guy that likes me is a sophomore (16 years old) I’m a Senior (17 years old) He is really shy towards a girl he likes a.k.a. me He knows that I know he likes me We have never talked in person before I have never had a boyfriend before

• I don’t think he has had a girlfriend but I’m not sure

AND FINALLY I just found out today that he wrote me a note and is suppose to give it to me tomorrow or something… I’m really nervous. My two friends (Krysta and Amber) told me that he wrote me a note and Amber was telling me, “It’s so cute, it’s short and sweet… and cute!” They are friends of his and he gave Krysta the note to give to me I think is how it was planned but I was gone the day I was suppose to get it and he wasn’t at school today so yeah..

My question is: How should I reply back to his note? What should I say and how do I react to that!? I have no clue and I don’t want to make a fool of myself. I have never received a letter from a guy before and I seriously don’t know what to do or say!!!

P.S. I think he’s going to give it to me in front of his friends too. ugh.
