I am 13 and wear a size 14. I'm a little on the thick side. My butt is starting to look square and I want it to be round. I was 207 pounds at 1 point. I'm scared and I need your help please help me.
-Walk -Drink lots of water -Eat lots of fruits and vegetables -Read food labels, avoid anything high in cholesterol or saturated fat
dont fret. all it takes is a little exercise and heathly foods.
