How can I get this temp service to pay what they owe me?
I have worked for a year through a temp service they have bounced several of my checks now I am 1,000 in debt and having a hard time getting them to fix this. I worked for them… What do I do?

I would do a couple of things:

Contact local media. If your local news has one of those reporters that goes around discussing scams, call him. Write letters to the editor to the papers and send copies to the agency. Bad press may jumpstart them.

Get a lawyer. Sue them. Or if you don’t have the finances, get a lawyer to write a threatening letter. It might just work.
