It depends. Sometimes people say they wanna “take a break” because they don’t want to hurt their boyfriend/girlfriend’s feelings. I think when someone takes a break, they want to see what it’s like being single… If she really cared about you and wanted to be with you, she wouldn’t want to take a break.
