a BIG change

my summer holidays are coming up after whan I come back 2 school I wanna look differnt . I wanna change ma hairstyle and lose sum wiegh what advice will give me ( I have 3 months)

I would eat my biggest meal in the morning as early as possible. You have more time to burn it off. Don’t eat after 8 pm and of course no soda, chips, fried foods, lots of cheese or milk (both are very high in fat), or ice cream. Do about 50 to 100 crunches a day and try and be as active as possible. Drink lots of water. The hardest part is finding new fun things to eat.

id say maybe lighten up your hair a lil bit and walk / jog and just be active for hose 3 months going to the beach and walking around with friends all day or riding bikes , scooters , skate boards ect. will help keep you in good shape and dont eat foods with a lot of starch in them . starch makes you gain weight. thats about it . ope I helped. -1twitch4

what I would do is like, hang out at the recreation center excersize. and your hair, highlights or a new haircut. up to u!
