Shirts that you cut the neckline off of…like in flashdance! So one side off the shirt hangs off teh shoulder. Umm…Bright leggings! and booties or boots or flats or high top converse! Umm head bands… Shorts over the leggings… Leg warmers and shorts… That’s the basics… Look more up on google images! OH YEAH! TEASED HAIR!
Lots of neon colors. Maybe some guitar shirts. shorts over leggings. There is also this thing called liquid leggings those would probobly go with the style. And cut your hair in like a bob with bangs
