Why won't Texas give me my diploma?
If the board of education(in texas) wants more people to succeed, then why can’t they give me my diplomma yet.
I graduated in 06, and have yet to receive my acknowledgement certificate, due to my second failure of the exit level exam(mathematics,that is). What gets me the most,is that i only failed by two questions both times tested.
We’re nearly done with 07 and i have nothing to show for those 4 years of education,and this is helping me how Texas?
Imho, it’s not…the problem with any educational system is that it’s “black and white” eg, you pass or you don’t.
However, especially in a case such as yours, if your chosen field is NOT mathematics…it doesn’t make sense to hold you back from teaching in say, social studies, political science, arts, humanities, literature, English, etc.
Is there anyway you can appeal or write a letter? To me, your situation seems grossly unfair for both you & the children of Texas.
