No Not at all, forever 21 has more dressy chic clothes also vintage, very dressy wear, lounging wear, gym wear, they mix and match clothes I would say, cause they seem to have every category for clothes!! Where Rue 21, well I can say they support "Jersey Shore's style" With the beaded shirts for guys and girls. I make fun of my ex I say bedazzled shirts. They have fun tee-shirts with words and phrases.
